From Runaway Pup to Calm Companion: Neptune’s Transformation at K9 Kindergarten
It’s been a busy and rewarding week at K9 Kindergarten, where David Wilkins, IACP Professional Master Trainer, has been working one-on-one with families to help turn stress into success.
One of our recent stars is Neptune — a lovable pup who came to us with a few big challenges. His family was at their wit’s end dealing with constant barking and frequent escapes. Every time someone opened the door, Neptune would bolt down the street, making it impossible to relax or feel safe.
But after just five days of focused training, Neptune is a new dog. Now, the family can enjoy a peaceful evening of TV without him racing through the house barking — and if the kids accidentally leave the door open, Neptune listens and comes right back when called.
This is the power of positive, professional training.
If you’re facing similar struggles — barking, bolting, jumping, digging, or not listening — we’re here to help. At K9 Kindergarten, we train both dogs and their humans, using proven, compassionate methods that create lasting results.
📍 We’ve recently moved to Washington Township, but you can still reach us at the same number: 586-232-4955. Give us a call and let’s talk about what’s possible for your pup. #dogtraining #k9kindergarten #gooddog #comecommand
